The smell of garlic keeps her at bay

I get it. I'm Italian. We eat meatballs and spaghetti. ha ha ha. If you keep referring to Italian cuisine as "all that weird stuff" I'm going Tony Soprano on your ass.

maybe you shouldn't offer any of the "weird stuff" to her anymore. just tell her you wanted to keep her delicate tastes in mind and hand her an expired can of soup. maybe crackers, too, if you're feeling really nice.

Yeah, I'm with Grody. I am always amazed by people that think that italian cooking is wild. They must faint when they try Thai.

Who IS this lady???? Italian food is not weird. She needs to go to Korea & eat something from the street vendors. Spaghetti is an American staple for crying out loud!

I know your BW likes Mexican - obviously he never ate it at her house. Wonder what she thinks of a big bowl of guacamole, all green and funky looking?! Personally I don't like guac, makes me think of a bowl of snot. But eye-alian food, I loves me some Eye-talian on a regular basis! Ya can tell once ya meet my hips. LOL!
